Your renders are coming together nicely. Are these finished materials or is this just to show the different items? Anyway, I want to talk about the objects themselves. Some of them are still pretty clear as to what they used to be, i.e. a sink, toilet, etc. Is this intentional?
I'm sure you also aren't in the phase yet to start combining your objects into their modules, but it would be nice to see how these items attach to one another, either by them being combined, or with pipes, what ever you had in mind to do.
Lastly, some of your objects seem to lose their softness when you render them. I'm not sure if this is because of decimation, or if it is the model itself, but there under deformation tools in ZBrush, there are smoothing options, and ways to smooth without messing up edges and what not. I'd look into that before you start going crazy with combination.
