The glossy material and the flesh texture establish the existence of this "living mechanism". I see you have two different massing: the first reads more like a hybrid of machines and organism, but in the second one the organism has more dominance and the machines are wraping it around (I cann't which is correct and which wrong, they are just different styles). The sliver glossy parts actually balance the proportion bwteen the two: they have the qulity of machines, but form of flesh.
The picked colors depict not only the sense of a heart, but also emphasize the significance of a data center to the world.
Only one defect to me personally is the three diagonal cables in the last image, they are supposed to look parallel, but I am not sure why they give me a sense of separating up from the top right corner to the bottom left corner. All other parts are quite well modeled.
Looks cool! Like Mingda said, it depicts a heart which is neat. I like the combination of flesh and machinery; it reminds me a lot of sci fi movies where individuals become mechanized.
